clone is root bound and started budding...?

i got called to work and wife didnt listen to instructions lol....anyway i left for 2 weeks and i come back to my only untransplanted clone still sitting in a cup and is starting to bud,,can post a pic but im sure we all know what a budding plant looks like...so me never having this happen before,,,IF i transplant it will it come back to veg??i would throw it outside as all my others are out and doing fine,,and im getting at least 17hrs lite outside...or do i HAVE to put it under my veg lite inside,,as i would rather not do..

put it outside but leave n a shaded area for a while to harden it off. shell be ready for full sun in 2 weeks im guessn since ur revertn from full on flower to veg.

well thats exactly what i did so hopefully she comes back
