Clone Concern, Strange.

So here is the situation, I'm not going to look at this as a problem because I know the best healer is time. I cut 8 clones of various strains about 4 days ago. Temps are at a consistant 70F (maybe a little fluxuating here and there) and humidity is always between 75-90% under the dome. A heater is kept in a box built around the dome, the dome is approx. the size of a 14-18g rubbermaid containter. The outside box maintains these temperatures. I am using root hormone, peat pellets, and scaring tissue as I clone.
Sorry for the explanation of what is functioning but here is the deal. Yesterday I was moving things around, misting, checking. Not paying attention, I placed the dome over the clones with the heater in it and the heater kicked on. It was only on for 2-3minutes max, but the temps almost got to 100F. The problem is within 20 minutes of that happening the edges of the leaves turned dark colors and almost looked bruised. On top of that they began to droop and two keeled over. I feel like I microwaved my clones. Whats the opinion of my colleagues out there?
Questions? Thanks.

Just ph'd water for now, I don't think nutes are nessecary at this point. I am just using a small flouresant for them and I'm sure there is plenty of light, but not too much. Its been a day and half and four of them are still standing straight up with leaves standing outward. Although the outer portion of the leaves still looks a lil beat up.

I had a pant grow in to the light and all the leaves on the top got burnt. The plant strated to make wierd shaped leaves. Instead of 5 fingered leaves it was growing a single finger leaf. And the leaves grew in very dark. The plant ended up being a herm so I pulled it, (I did not want it to polinate the rest of the girls). Just like Kief Chief said only time will tell.
