Rim cleaner. Not sure if they good since the rulings in the EU, but i know they were before.

Friend of mine had some for the comedown of MDMA, he was giggling his head off and just acting like a happy drunk...which considering he was on a comedown must've been pretty good!

lol correct you are, it just cracks me up they advertise the shit as a rim cleanser. I'm sure it does clean the rims well as any solvent would though(including water).
