Cleaning your Bowl

Whats a good way to get all the resin out of your bowl? so it looks brand new, would I be able to like boil it and then use a Qtip to get the rest out? thanks

put your piece in a ziplock bag, pour in rubbing alcohol and salt. then shake it up for a while...the salt will scrub the resin off while the alcohol cleans it.
depending on how nasty it is you might need to repeat a time or two.

Wrap the bowl in a wash cloth, and then put it in a pot of water, then slowly bring to a boil so the glass dont crack...and once it boils for like 20 mins. q-tips work great. and paper clips too.

420 Cleaners have always treated me right...

i never have much with the alcohol & salt trick... but vinegar and salt creates acetic acid... prob work great.

i clean all my bongs and pipes with alcohol and salt and it always makes them fucking spotless...just like new again.

i used to boil my pipes before i tried the alcohol and salt and was never very impressed.
first of all it makes your kitchen fucking reek!
then you have to get the hot ass piece out of the hot ass water which can be dangerous while stoned. then you have to let it cool for a while, after waiting for it to become touchable then you have to get in there with toothpicks, pipecleaners, and Qtips to scrape that shit out and it never did clean it all the way.

IMO alcohol and salt is much easier and faster...never tried the 420 cleaner but heard good stuff.

Alcohol is the key !!!!!!

I take a cup of alcohol and salt and put my bowl in it, then I place that in my ultrasonic jewelry cleaner gadget. It vibrates all the resin off easily, literally a quick rinse and a wipe and it is as good as new.

i let my glass sit in hot water for like 10 mins and it loosens all the resin up then i get most of it out with a qtip or paper clip then use rubbing alcohol and salt then i use some scope so my glass smells nice and fresh and not like resin or rubbing alcohol and salt i hate that smell lol.

alchohol deoderant or aftershave and a cloth will clean it up no problems

if no rubbing alcohol is around, everclear, vodka or jack daniels can be substituted

I've used denture cleaner then washed it out with water. It's really fast and easy...If I want it more clean I'll use rubbing alcohol.

I use a product called grunge off comes in many sents, beware they make an alchol and salt bottle(this method sux). find the sented glass only grunge off sit the piece in 5 mins use warm water to flush You could sell it back to the head shop like this.

soo many choices. good thing my bowl gets dirty fucking quick.

I just learned how to do this a few weeks ago, and DAMN, it's amazing how well it works!

A note of caution, if you're like me and never quite got your glass completely clean--Be prepared. Be prepared to cough one or both lungs out when you take that first hit off your clean glass.
