Clean / prepare outside cuttings to bring into my grow?

Up until now I have only grown from seed. I just bought some cuttings that came off plants outside. I want to be able to put the cuttings right beside my current plants without taking them out with fungus, mold, pests, etc.

keep them separate until you spray them and make sure they are pest free

I have insecticidal soap, neem and pyrethrum.
Can I just spray them with one of the above and they will be good to go if I do not see any bugs?

i would still keep the away for about 10 days and spray again, after that you should be fine
