I thought i would find out about Radiant Leds (@ 23.35 minutes into video) and what they are all about...http://radiantledgrowthsystems.com/ not much on their site...

So found that they are doing Beta testing....http://growershouse.com/radiant-grow-systems-l4a-led-grow-light

Think i'll pass....and stay with my shitty cabinet grow....

Is that a Heliospectra copy? IIRC the flagship heliospectra is the L4A. and the body looks roughly similar. So does the price tag

I haven't gotten them in my cab yet - still working out whether I'm going to add my supplemental reds (630 and 660) or whether I'm going to pair them with my original 300W blue/red zener panel (one I bought 2nd hand before I had done any good research - it's 4 spectrum blues/reds)

Only suggestion would be to put in some perlite into your soil. You will get a lot better root development. I'll take some pictures of my roots from my party cups. By the looks of yours after veg+flower They look like 2-3 weeks of mine.

Thanks for that...something i havent really looked into is the root development with perlite. I already use Zeolite...but i have upped my rates for the latest clones. (planted tonight)

Not sure you can compare 12+ weeks roots with 2-3 week roots...as by 12 weeks they are a bit spent...

i do 9 at a time....but for the 1st few rounds i was including clones that were average at best when i should have been taking them out of the grow area.

So included in that harvest were a few 7 cm plants that were pointless...that bought my average down to under 3 grams per plant.

3 grams is a ok starting point...but i would like to push for a bit more in the coming harvests...

Working on that.... experimenting with my techniques abit...the lastest round of clones remain untopped....so will see how they progress



a couple of the lollipopped plants in the 4-6 weeks section...better bud development i think..

Try some half gal grow bags. You could get a half zip each. Or do a soil bed but take the cups and cut off the bottom and place the cups on top of bed and the roots will grow into the bed

Or do coco in 24 oz cups and do flood to waste.

The cups are fine for now... i just got to learn to grow...

Those are just simple ways to improve yield. More roots more bud

This is true..but i feel i arent filling my cups with roots at the moment....im going to add 730nm at some point....and the soil itself needs an 'upgrade'

but i told myself i arent spending anymore on this grow for another 4 weeks..

Going through a bit of a change in the grow cabinets...basically for my own sanity.

Thought i'd update my crap....changed to growing in 2 litre pots...makes watering a butt load easier. Also taking bigger clones (and less of them) off the mothers to help with the lack of veg time (2 weeks) and so i can actually get a bit more volume from my setup...


Just entering 3rd week




First use of the 'Chroni-kool-dirt™' + Coco Fiber combo i have got going....(1 week in flower) Quite vibrant green compared to the others which arent using this recipe....no problem so far...happy with the growth....These plants are a total of 3 weeks old.

Still to come: Changing out my tired mylar with panda film...(so i can clean it) and addition of 730/660nm bars (5w x 4 leds per bar x 6 bars)....i think i have been saying this for a while....mweh...

Cheerz man...yeah it actually feels a bit more worth it...as opposed to the cups....2 x Purple Hazes and a Pineapple Express...so still running the same strains.

The 1st week flower'ers are 1 x 'Purple Haze' and 1 x 'Big Bang'

Yip....floodlight glass gone ages ago....kudoz Sir Franjan....

Just started using powdered Fulvic Acid in my watering's...I was using bottled liquid Fulvic before this...and i think that bottled nutes lose their punch after a while....and are also cheaper in powdered form.

So 2L of aerated Water, 5g of Fulvic, 2.5 grams of Epsom salts and some blackstrap.

Really happy with the results so far.
