One note- could be a chlorine issue. Since you said you take it straight out of the tap into the plants (no time to Cl to evap). Regardless, the buds and frostyness is all great!

thats actually a myth hazin, chlorine doesn't evaporate it actually sinks, its heavier than water in its liquid form

I use distilled water, I tried to switch over to tap water once and did the whole let it sit for 48 hrs to let the chlorine evaporate off and my plants got pissed at me! LOL So I went right back to distilled water. I don't know if it is a myth or not but I know that my ladies didn't like tap water at all!

thanks.. but its deff not overfeeding man. i actually havent fed the plants in a few weeks. since the nutes i have seem to be too strong for the plants. i havent been feeding them lately. thanks tho

thats wierd. i did not kno it was a myth? thats good to know. ughhh. finally got home now.. gotta get all the plants out soo i can start takin pics soooon. soooo stick around! ill have pics up shortly. i had used distilled water for a lil bit.. adn even went to the pet store and bought stuff to clean out the chlorine (stuff for the fish tanks) and used that for a lil while... maybe ill get sum more of that stuff? also.. just remembered.. i have a meter thing. with 2 metal pole things (the readers) and it measures light/moisture/AND PH! sooo i can check the PH of the water im using now and see if thats the problem at all.
** niether of my warlcok clones look like theyre gonna live... tehyre all shriveled up and shit.. its wierd... these are the biggest clones ive ever taken.. and they both didnt make it....? im pissed! cuz they woulda turned out to be sum nice ass buds if i had left them on the fuckn plant! >=( ughh i have shitty luck... that tiny floja clone is lookin good tho believe it or not... bottom leaves are yellowing.... but i think its rooting/rooted. i have it ion a clear cup with a paper around it to keep the light from reaching the roots. sooo ill check 2day and see if theres any roots forming yet... i hope so.. cuz i cant wait to do a full grow of just that plant.. ill grow like 6 med. sized clones/plants and have a nice batch of all purple bud. =D deff makin the clone into a mother plant.. i dont ever keep/make mother plants.. but i will with this plant/strain... anywayz. stay tuned for pics!

ughhh.. well so much for my update today... =/ i gotta go and help my gramma kick out the tennatns from upstairs and move all their shit to a storage place.. =/ im pissed i was right in the middle of takin pics and shit.. all i got were pics of the floja. =/ i pollinated 2 of the branches so far with the floja pollen.. the male plant is starting to push out sum purple balls too. which means it has the purple gene as well.. soo heres wat i got so far guys..... sorry. gonna have to wait another day for an update.. im pissed. =/

You've got some nice looking ladies there! I was checking out your grow and thought I would add some advise. I too noticed from your pics that you've got some spidermites. I hate those nasty little buggers! I know you mentioned maybe getting some ladybugs, which might work. But if you've tried neem with no luck I would suggest trying some Floramite. I've heard nothing but rave reviews from anyone that's used it and it kills all stages of growth, not just the adults. It's supposed to be like the atom bomb for mites. One application kills em all!

thanks man. didnt realize it was u since u changed ur avatar. hahaha. and yeaa im hopin those buds will take... im actually just gonna go ahead and pollen a few more branches as well.. probly just leave the top/main bud unpollinated... and just pollinate the rest. i need more of these seeds... i know lots of people want some too.. and have had a few offers thru PM's of people wanting to buy them for big bucks... hahaha. but i wanna have sum seeds for myself anywayz... i am gonna leave the very bottom branch unpollinated as well jsut in case my baby clone does not survive... its been a week or so... and its still alove adn still has green sooo i think its gonna root.
**sorry im takin so long to get the rest of the pics taken/posted.... shit keeps comin up. =/ but im 99% sure i can post them up 2morrow morning.. i dont have anything else to do in the morning... soo i should have no problem taking and posting them. =)

Most likely you'll have to order it online or check your local hydro shop. I don't think your box hardware stores carry it.
I would be weary of the hot shot strips. It's something you're not supposed to use in the same room with food, which tells me using it with something you're going to smoke might not be a good idea. Floramite however is approved for use with food. Also if you decide to do ladybugs the hot shot strips will kill them as well.
Not trying to tell you what to do, just giving you info to make a properly informed decision.
Personally I've used Neem oil to get rid of the nasties with much success. My method? Watering, not spraying. Neem oil is systemic, which means it will make its way through the entire plant. I made up a solution of 4 ml neem oil, 1 ml liquid soap (something gentle and biodegradable like Palmolive) to 1 gallon of water and shake like crazy. You should end up with cloudy like water and no neem sitting on the top. Water generously and that's it. It does need to be shaken up to prevent it from separating. Pour, cap, shake, repeat
I won't lie, neem oil smells nasty! But watering is better than spraying! You'll likely smell a slight whiff when you water for the first week or so. It can stay in the plant up to 30 days, so you'll want to make sure you have plenty of flush time before harvest as well. But it worked for me, and best of all its all natural and organic.
Whichever method you decide, best of luck! I'll check back to see how you're doing. I'm in love with the color of your Floja! I know you've been playing with the breeding so if you need a test subject for that strain look me up! I'd gladly make space and journal it's life lol *wink wink*

yeaa i decided to just take that branch off and clone it yesterday.... it was a small branch anywayz.. and i figured why wait and see if the 1st clone survives.. adn if it doesnt THEN take the 2nd clone... why not do it now ya know? before it gets any further into flowering. and if they both root hten ill be stuck with 2 beautiful purple plants.... i can deal with that. =) and they carry the pest strips at home depot/lowes for like under 7 bucks. might grab 1 today.

ok guys.. finally have an update. lol. 1st update is the flower room.
I am chopping the Northern Lights 2day. this plant was affected by the spider mites pretty badly.... they attacked the hell outta this plant for sum reason...? =/ and it deff suffered from it. i think accoriding to my recent updates... it sais the northern lights is 6 or 7 weeks...? but i think i was off by a week or so. cuz it looks more like 8 weeks... who knows. lol. gotta keep better track.
The AK-48 seems like its stopped wilting.... i moved it a lil further away from the light...and have now ust moved it back and transplanted it into a bigger pot... gonna see how it does. =) i also took a clone of it since i had no clone of it... sooo we'll wait and see wat happens.
I took a couple pics of the floja buds i pollinated to show how the hairs are dying off.. which means the bud has taken the pollen. XD i pollinated teh next set of buds below and above the 1st pollinated buds.... we'll see how they take it. i also have a couple pics of the male floa plant... sut to show off the purple thats coming from the pollen sacs.... kinda cool loooking. =)

The bubblicious 2 is doin pretty good.... especially considering how bad it looked b4... it was also attacked by the mites pretty bad. adn had a rough start.. this was another plant that went into flowering... and then for no reason just started wiltiong and dying.... ust like how the AK-48 is doing now... but after a couple weeks. it somehow recovers.. and is now puting out sum med. sized.. but very frosty and fruity smelling buds. soo im happy. since i had the pot and everything in the trash at 1 point cuz i thought it would not recover.

The sensi star is comin along nicely... a lil slow... probly due to the stupid fuckin spider mites... =/ the buds are startin to frost up.. and it looks like it might be a pretty good yielder as well... since it has plenty of budsites. =) it has such a nice lemony smell

The warlock clone is doing pretty nice as well. should have a good amount of budsites. =) need to trasnplant it... but i ran out of soil. lol. soo i will trasnplant next week. Hopin this warlcok will show the purple trait the mother showed towards the end of flowering.
