HAHAHA!!!! i was thinkin the same thing when i moved my clone from the shitty old 400MH to the brand new 1000W Dual arc. So far i havnt experienced and light stress with any plants ive grown but when i switch to hid i do keep the light kinda far away at first, then i let them grow right up to the light and keep them about 2-3 feet away from the 1000w

I go from 432 to the dual arc evertytime no prob. I start at 24 inches and get as close as 12 inches without bleeching (magnum xxxl 6 inch).

Mine were droppy and thirsty. I feed them and put them under the dualarc, after a few hours still very droopy. Cut back to 600w after couple hours still very droopy. I cut it down to 400 watts and after a couple hours the perked right up. then I worked it back up to 1k. Love that option on the this new ballast. I hope its not bad on the bulb. I think they were kinda like WTF? lol its so bright! lol

That dual arc is the shit...they are poppin this morning. The midget slow growing ones seem to have woke up over night! The WW and SLH2 and one BK were not keeping pace and this morning they have opened up and seem to have grown an inch in8 hours lol Amazing...

I got nervous last time when the BB hermied and I cut a week or so early. On my first grow the hermie got both plants, I had more seeds than bud. Second grow WWs no hermie. The last time with all the strains and plants I paniked and cut early. If I would have known I would only have a few seeds I would have let them go. I know now that when its that late in flower is not so bad plus I didnt have that many nanners. Oh well grow and learn!

I think you could overnight a clone. If you could secure it in a box so it doesnt get beat up. It would be a long dark period and if it didnt get to hot or cold...not sure it about air in the box...It might be ok. Ill send you one! lol still have 15. I culled one this morning, it was another small one. It stayed too wet and was fading. I only want 9 or maybe 12. you may get a surprise from santa!!! lol

I want to get two seeds of each from now on. The 2 SLH are so different one tall and a midget, the color and leaves are dif to.... The 4 BK are very close but one is a midget lol

I would LOVE to try the Blue Moon...yum

yeaaaa ima do my best to wait it out. =D even tho i get very impatient 2wards the end.. lol. sum1 else grew full moon.. adn it finished in 8 or 9 weeks.. adn even turned purple too? lol. but yeaa if i get a good BB male i will deff make sum seeds and share. =D

since ive used good seeds (basically not bagseeds. lol) i havent had a problem with hermies yet.. hopefully i wont anytime soon.

i put the full moon clone into flowering. adn took 2 clones off her b4 i put her in.. it was wierd... once i put her in the flower room.... she got really really droopy.. almsot looke dlike she might die.. but i sadi fuck it..a dn left her in.. adn i checked her 2day and shes fine.. nice and perky now... maybe she just needed to adjust to the light?

and yeaa i think ive heard of ppl overnighting clones... but idk how it would work.. and idk if it would smell at all either? who knowsss... well hopefully ill be makin sum seeds soon.

i saw anotha sharks breath grow.. and it was purple too.. im hopin mine get sum purple. =D that would be niceeeee

Lots of nice pics man! Almost crashed my phone theirs so many lol. Hey word of advice on uploading to riu. All pics are resized by the server to 800 by 600 maximum. So if you use a batch picture resizer and resize them first, your upload will take about 1/10 of the time. Looking great though...putting that hps to work!

thanks man. =) yeaa as soon as i went on nirvanas site for hte 1st time... full moon was always sumthin that stuck out to me.. the description makes it sound amazing. its wierd too.. cuz wen it was in veg.. it looked like it was gonna be a very indica plant.. the leaves were fat as hel.. but now that its been in flowering.. u can deff tell its a sativa strain.

this is my 1st sativa strain ive ever grown.. soo far.. im very happy with the results. =D its jsut a lil taller than i wanted.. but i think i vegged it a lil too long.. i have it in a 5 gallon bucket.. and i have the light up as high as i can get it.. adn its only about 13 inches from the light

lmoa.. yeaaa i tend to get a lil carried away with my pics.. but i feel like most ppl dont mind. =) and wat do u mean use a batch picture resizer.. im pretty smart wen it comes to this kinda stuff.. soo if u can ex[plain it 2 me. im sure i can figure it out.. it sucks cuz wen i uplkoad it thru RIU.. u have to click each pic 1 by 1 (the lil pencil icon in the top left corner).. theres no way to highlight them all at once.

aiight. ill deff check it out man. =) i am actually gonna flower her in 1 week.. maybe a lil less... its jsut not lookin very happy in the veg box.. u can probly even tell by the pic.. the leaves are all flopped over.. not very perky at all.. its been veggin for 3-4 weeks.. soo gonna flower it soon adn take a clone after abpout a week or 2 intpo flowering. =)

thanks man. yeaa i love takin a bunch of pics.. that way u can see all the lil details and stuff ya know? =) im gonna flower that sensi star soon.. like i said.. its just very unhappy lookin in the box.. very sad looking. lol. it might be a lil small.. but id rather start it now and keep her happy. adn take a clone too.. once a week or so goes by. and see how it turns out after its done flowering.. adn depending on how it looks will help me decide wether or no to let the clone veg a lil longer. sharksbreath is doin good too. =)
