how long theyve been flowering can have nothing to do with it if they are done they are done. those numbers they give are rough estimates. You dont need to have 12/12 light to flower outside, it actually hurts more than helps, your plant is just getting less energy to flower with everyday. I would never use one of the food spikes. Ever.
