choice of building size

So here's the deal. Im currently in basement with 12 kw. House is maxed out. But finances aren't exactly abundant at the moment. I'm planning on laying a foundation and doing a prefab building with 24 or 32kw of flower...for now. so my canopy will be 30x30 Give or take. So is a 60x60 space going to be way too much? What do you guys think?

When building you can never go too big. You can always find use for extra space. I would go as large as budget allows.

That's what I thought. I may wait tIL spring to do it. It's so expensive to do this but It's worth it. Thanks.
