Chinese Bulbs Any Good?

I'm a fan of the old saying "if its too good to be true, it probably is" well I found a supplier in china that has MH/HPS bulbs for half the price.
Anyone use anything from china?
Hows the quality?

I'm sure 75% of whats on the market is chinese rebranded crap.

I go out of my way to avoid chinese crap.

and I cringe every time I drive by Chimart.
