Chill Fool!!! Curing question + rep

I have been hearing a lot of people use fridge/freezer for extended storage and curing. I know in the duration of curing, ideally a cool dark area is key. So is the temps of a fridge or freezer too cold for curing? I was told heat, light, and humidity degrades thc, but can cold temps effect trichs or the bud while curing for that matter? Has anyone ever cured in any type of fridge/freezer or colder environment? What was the outcome?

I cure in a glass jar placed in a cool dark environment. Open/burp often to check for mold......I've never used a fridge or freezer for cure or storage so can't help you there. Lots of info in the harvest/curing section.
