Shit after seeing Andy's side by side, maybe cocoa! There are a few Colorado soil companies out there, one NavySealsVet had tried but need to ask how he likes it. I'm gonna text him now. I've used roots before, but I noticed a lot of fungus gnats. Maybe someone will chime in to help us out...
Well, I have a bag right here that says otherwise....ahaha...HEY CHEW! I see your grow is going swimmingly. Heck yeah man...can't wait to see these enter flower.

I have been rocking some Roots Organics: Green Fields that I got here in the Springs' Way To Grow.
It is a Hott(er) mix similar to FFOF, but is better IMO because it is coco based soil rather than peat or whatever ffof uses.

I would suggest it! I have been using it for a good 2 months now and my plants love it. I rock some extra Ca/Mg here and there, but other than that, they are usually fed for 30 days in that soil. Then I introduce bottled organics, or replace the pot with new soil, after shaving down some roots.

I am in love with it, Chew. Give it a try. I use it with just a small handful of perlite. (Because with it being coco based, it already has pretty good drainage and aeration. )

And you are ph'ing water and nutes m1amber?
Sure am...(My water after 24 hr aeration is right around 6.5, so no need there, but after mixing nutes I drop considerably)

Phed to 6.5 using either lemon juice for down, or Earth Juice Natural for ph-up. (When the numbers are way off, if they are close, I allow the lime in the soil to buffer the ph for me)

Thanks mid. Maybe that's the direction I'll go.
No problem man!

Beautiful man. Looks like they got a little bound, but the plants don't look root bound. ? For you Chew, do you keep the seedlings on a heat mat until you transplant?

I only keep the seeds on the heating mat until it sprouts and I see green! Then I remove it and place under the t5

Thanks, I've got a mat in my veg tent just because I have one that fits perfect and it was just laying around. Last grow I root bound and stunted my faster growing plants in 1 gallon pots within 3 weeks of soaking the seeds using Blumats and a heating mat. I hope to recreate that root propagation..... this time I'll be ready though....:blsmoke:

So I called EzCone the other day, because my pump on the 32 site system kept tipping over, resulting in loss of cuttings.

Turns out that the 450 pump that comes with the cloner has been doing this to many people... I said something about this a month ago, and now we know it is not stable at all. It will result in leakage and no moisture to the cuttings..

If you have this issue, call them and they will send out a new 750 pump at no charge to rectify the issue... They are also sending me new misters, and a cloning collar pack for the trouble.... Not sure where to put this info, but here is better than nowhere I guess.

I am popping some more this month due to the male infestation... I think I will pop another group in a month or so... We have some Kens Kush from GDP genetics. A single DNA LA Chocolat, and the last Forum cookie Bagseed in my possession...
