While the information they quoted from the "DEA agent" may be incorrect, I didn't hear Fox confirm it as deadly. While the tone is obviously anti-pot, it's hard to call it a lie. If quoting (without fact checking or disputing) a government official who happens to be lying is the new litmus test for a news agencies, I think we can come up with PLENTY on MSNBC. Maybe not about cannabis, but on a plethora of other subjects.
