Cheese,white rhino,lemon skunk,trainwreck and great white shark..400w grow!questions!

Hello im growing GHS indica mix H, Vegging at the moment under 2 18w t8 flourescents and will be late vegging and flowering with my 400w hps. The plants are now 10 days old but here are some pictures at 3 days, 6 days old and today theres another of the setup from a few days ago.
The lights are on 24/7 and temps are ranging from 73 to 77 constantly. I was thinking that the plants looks kinda small and arent growing as fast as others.. do you think that if i begin vegging under my dual spectrum hps to get better results? Im really keen to change it today or tommorow, After all it would save me having to have my heater in there 24/7 . Let me know what you think and let us exchange questions and answers. thanks

Also i started introducing bio bizz root juice to the plants, i water about every 2 days and will be using this fert for every watering and cut back eventually when i start using veggin ferts when there a bit older ill be using CANNA vg and bloom ferts if ya wanted to know.. And that larger plant is an unknown strain i jus had growing randomly.

Still no reply.. I mainly want a fumbs up on changing to 400w hps to veg faster..or wether it is unnecessary?

Why not just give'em a few days.....I veg under floros also....mine are usually small for a couple of weeks but you'll soon find they're bushy as hell...have patience.
I move mine to hps at about 6 weeks old......don't know about putting "seedlings" under hps .....]

I know but i only have 2 18w t8's and i think there rubbish, there only a foot long dya think thats good for 6 plants?

Right i think that i am going to change to my hps tommorow because i am now struggling to keep the temps above 73 even with my heater on full, i have no idea how its staying so cool in there i turned my fan down but hasnt made a difference.. temps inside are 70.7 at the moment..doubt it will go lower than that, could it still stnut growth?

im doin the same grow, except i dont have room for the train wreck

Nice plants, cant compare reely tho coz i dont kno how old they are.. still want to know whether ta start veggin wid my hps...!

your right your settup is rubbish, no offense. just make sure u keep the hps far away from the seedlings until they addapt to the new sun

So evryone agrees with me to change? Not had many experienced growers give me an answer yet tho so..Dont seem like anyone cares wether i do or not..input wud b appreciated!

that hps will save you money on paying to run that heater, and is a better light.

alright mate i think u should stay as u are for a bit longer there is nothin wrong with ur seedlings they look nice n healthy u should wait til they get a bit bigger b4 u switch to hps too much light can harm them at that age the growth patterns is normal sum grow quicker than others check out my journal in my sig i got 4 plants all the same age all different sizes

i think your setups fine, i suggested the HPS as a remedy to have a bit of heat in there without using a electric gussling heater. seedlings look fine dude. you should of seen mine 3 weeks ago RIP blue cheese

hps 4 feet away or use 50% netting. floros are better if its summer where im situated, gets pretty cold here in winter.

Right, i think i am going to let them go to 14 days under the floros (only day 11 right now) then ill swap the lamps over, there are on 24/7 under the floros and wen i swap i will change the light schedule to 18/6.. that wont cause any problems will it? thanks for helping me out!

no mate 18/6 is better than 24 the plants need to use the energy up wen the light is off

Dats Kool then, i jus wondered if it wud cause stress coz of the change of light schedule.. (ive only ever heard of 24/0 to 12/12 or 18/6 to 12/12, not 24/0 to 18/6 then finally to 12/12) I guess it might make the plants show there sex an bit faster .. Ill have another pik up today so you can see the growth.. day 12!

12 days old... Iv moved the plants about a bit, It goes from bottom left to right.. Trainwreck (largest), lemon skunk, white rhino.. Top left to right, Cheese, then great white shark (smallest)... Some one please explain to me why the great white shark is a midget and not gfrowin as fast as da ovas..isit because its further away from the heater? or just the strain?
The largest plant in the larger pot is unknown so i dont really care about it lol jus gonna see if its a female.. saafe
