ventilation is good. Stays about 75-82 daytime
Well based on the pics the plants look pretty good, nice node spacing & I don't really see anything wrong however its kinda hard to see any detail or real color with the HPS light, I suggest you get a full spectrum (6500K) 42-65W CFL in there to take pics with (turn off the HPS first), that will allow us to see true colors and more detail making it a lot easier to diagnose any problems. I had a problem with humidity in a closet grow so make sure you have that under control. Unless you have good co2 supplementation I suggest you keep it under 80*F. Look up DIY co2. What kind of ventilation do you have, inline fan, intake/exhaust? Can you take some pics of the whole setup plz?

If you can switch out that stationary for an oscillating fan, the back and forth movement mimics nature better and from what Ive heard stationary fans, especially when set too high, can cause windburn. I have seen many successful grows using stationary fans, so they can and do work however oscillating fans work better and don't you want the best for your girls, especially when it only costs a few bucks at a thrift store. I would also suggest for your next run (or if you transplant during this one) to use fabric pots, they breath and drain much better than plastic, many a seasoned growers swears by them.

An oscillating fan moves back and forth automatically, the definition of oscillating is: "Move or swing back and forth at a regular speed" the blue fan in your pics is a stationary fan, granted it is positionable but unless someone is moving it it stays in one position.

OH, my bad, it totally looks like a stationary fan in the pics, kinda hard to see movement in a picture, lol.
