well, I'm pretty sure i've fed to much nutes to her but this is all a learning experience for me. I will post pics later but this is whats happening right now. The first set of lower leaves, the tip on both leaves started turning brown and crumbly. But the rest of the plant is healthy and developing. It seems though that it is making it's way up the plant so i've been flushing with tap water and nothing else. If its not nute burn then I must be overwatering or a combination of the two. Idk, i'm going to hold out on watering and nutes and hopefully see a change. Pics soon to come.

here she is, i'm worried the brown will spread. Maybe this is even a nute deficiency?

Love the idea. maineyankee was right about ventilation. In such a small area your 42 watters are gonna pump some heat. I have 24x24x32 area with three 30 watt CFL 2700k bulbs( 1 on rear, two on either side, and an 14 watt red,blue,white LED panel for supplement. Inside of closet chamber is completely lined with the dull sided aluminum foil. I have three fans, all running off a computer power supply. Without these fans even my smaller watt bulbs raised temps to over 90F which was way too hot. I use indoor autoflower strains so I really don't need any other bulbs than the 2700k because they go right into flower pretty fast. Get a temp gauge and check it often.

Maybe box is too hot. Just looked at pics and looks like staying short/stubby, and if browning tips, it very may well be heat issue.

(IMO) Brown tips is almost 100% of the time due to heat stress .... Back up the light (Quite a bit at first) and lower a little bit each time ... (They will meet in the middle .. trust me). I have the same thing going on with mine, because they are growing too fast ... I just raised the light, and problem solved.

well I just lowered her about 6 or 7 inches and have been feeding her regular tap water. HOpe this cures her because she is starting to smell nice. It's very subtle skunky smell right now.. don't smell much blueberry though. I think she is already showing signs of sex, she got 2 spikes shooting out at the nodes.

i guess the exhaust computer fan wasn't enough.. looks like i need to invest in another fan for inline fan. The passive intake wasn't quite enough.. I already have 2 fans for circulation inside the cabinet- one facing directly at the lights and one pointing upwards from the bottom. The exhaust is at the top i will put the intake near the bottom to move the cool air up.

here she is, temps are down and the leaves have stopped curling up for now. I switched the 2700k 23 watt with a 45 6500 cfl. She seems to be recovering.

I moved some things around to try and lower the temps. The lower fan is no blowing diagnoally above the plant to try and push away any hot air. and i moved the plant away from the direct light. It is still getitng the necessary light tthough.

My rule of thumb is as long as they are green, you are doing fine. This, coupled with new growth, (which I think I see) means that you are headed in the right direction. I for one, move my fan throughout the day, tilting here and there, making sure that the temps stay in range. Working in a cramped place means moving things here and there as well. Well, I just installed a intake fan.. i saw that we have computer fans so i rigged it up to a 10 v charger and now just put it in the box. Took me about 1 hour to do and i just finished. Will check the temps in about an hour to see how much it helps.
