Try running the cfls for 24/0 mate 18/6 with your current lights might not be enough,I started out with cfls but didn't get the best results so I switched to hid. Have you fed nutes?,Check out your ph levels you might have a problem. Process of elimination from there if its ok.

I have experience with this soil. Sometimes different strains will respond differently to the soil. What strain are you growing? Looks like you could have started in a cup if it was started from seedling. Then you should have transported it to a pot with FFOF, even then the FFOF is considered by the RIU community to be hot. With that being said, You should mix 25-50% Perlite with the the soil added a little bit of limestone. Others might not agree. But the expereince that I have had with this soil over the years have thaught me this. What you need to do know that you know this is gone head and flush this soil real good. Your plant is still young so it will recover. The light might have something to do with it. Ofcourse its indoors, so yeah switch the light period up to 24/24 and see what that does also. Good luck

I think the plant looks sexy given it is a little small for its age but that is because of your light source not light cycle I believe.

I like the structure on it seems perfect, if only you had a MH light it woudl really shine.

I dont think its not about the light source.. I think its the meganfox ocean forest soil's fault, that foo is so strong.

24/0 will not give you anything but a higher electricity bill (read about the Gas Lantern Routine. I use it and it works with lower electricity costs). Get the light as close as possible with a fan to remove the heat. If you can, measure the temp right above the canopy to get an idea of the heat. The compact plant of yours looks to get enough light for now.
I have similar plant every once in a while. Id say your specific problem is hot soil, ph and heat. But I do think your plant looks ok and it will outgrow the problem. Keep an eye on new growth. If thats healthy looking you are good :)
