Cheapest Place to Buy Velcro?

I know you guys know the spots. Where can I get velcro the cheapest? Just something that will hold up black poly nothing drastic needed. Thanks if you can help

5ft strips at Home Depot or Lowes for $6.99. That or Ebay. =)

or any local craft or hobby store. like michaels, hobby lobby, etc. even a sewing/material type store like jo ann fabrics. and of course i would imagine walmart has that too, they have EVERYTHING u know!
