I live in a college town where i currently attend a university, any who my friend his girlfriend and i were drinking at my apartment before heading to the bar and the neighbors two doors down from me were having a party and already had the cops come by at nine and tell them to keep it down, all underage by the way. so about 1 hour after that 3 of them come by all underage and tell me there going to the bar, they are in my house for literally 2 minutes. As they were walking out i could see unmarked cars outside my apartment with people walking up to my apartment. not in uniform i thought they were neighbors friends anyways while they were walking out the cops walked up and checked our ids i got fucked bc im the owner of the apartment and 23 along with my friend and his girl and they saw the underage people leaving. some bullshit, anyways they walk up stairs into my room find four pipes a bong about 2gs of some funk herb and two packs of rolling papers with god knows how many high times lying around. so they bust me tell me im not going to jail or getting a contributing charge but am getting a paraphernalia charge with possession. The cop tells me he can help me out (all of us of course knowing what that means) and just writes me a ticket and leaves along with giving everyone else underage tickets. but the thing that sucks is it wasnt even my fault. He tells me hes gonna call me and just wants a name and will just scare him if i narc on someone but i know for a fact that they are about to arrest someone i know that deals but i cant do that im not a rat ha but no fuck that i got a misdemeanor, i just cant afford that bullshit and telling my parents bc my mom had a heart attack in September and is still totally dependent on other people and along with a $800,000 hospital bill, my dads dog dying and my grandmother dying this is the last fucking thing i need to tell my dad. Fuck it though i got friends i think one of them would loan me the fine money since im not a fucking rat pig and just tell him ill pay him back im pretty sure he will do it. thanks to bad timing and to my neighbors i get the shaft but oh well like the title says you gotta charge it to the game.


Ps. i could really use some help from u guys, y'all are the only ones i can talk to about this shit. i feel like my life is going down the drain and me dying right now wouldn't be so bad ha sorry for bad grammar im shit housed haha :fire::leaf::weed::clap::wall: Fuck the man, never stop blazing.

thats a bummer dude....all the stuff with your family sucks man i lost my father when i was a teenager.....but a misdemeanor in the grand scheme really isn't a big deal.....and why do you have to tell your parents? i mean you are 23 just pay the ticket and dont burden your folks with it

I didnt wanna let them in the house but there were underage people there with drinks in there hands leaving so they had the right to walk around like bitches snoopin around i guess....but thanks for all the support, and i feel for you man for losing ur dad, i really cant imagine, my heart goes out to you bro. but thanks again everyone for the support.:leaf:

i mean im sorry u lost ur father, i really dont know what thats like and my heart goes out to u, I dont have to tell my parents but im in college and am almost done and have absolutely no time due to my major. ill justs deal with it like everyone on the site ha....get blazed, one day this cop will realize that what he is doing is a fucking waste of time busting people that use weed thats ridiculous but fuck it , to each his own....everything always tends to work out for the best in the end.

what if you just say "well, I dont know the guy very well. we just do business transactions, but i think his name is (insert a fake name here.)" although, this may get you in more trouble, so its totally up to you, but if you're a good liar and they dont know the persons name already whose to say you cant get away with it?

usually you can set up payments on fines like that. if you're actually responsible and go to the court house and talk to the clerk about your fine. they can set up like $100/mo or something. thats easy to come up with. :-\

yeah i should be able to come up with that, this shit just sucks though, but of course ten minutes after they left i went and got a sack ha, wasting 10 billion dollars a year on people like us, what a pathetic thing to do....go after the fucking people that are raping and killing and i guess maybe even shooting up drugs but the war on drugs is a miserable failure we could have so much money going into the economy with weed being taxed and legal it would fix this god damn economy and get our prison populations down to at least there always rubbing elbows instead of being packed in like sardines ha specially none violent drug offenders. Let those poor people out they have no reason being there at all.

that i believe is the best attitude to have about little charges.....however it is not a good idea to bail on your ticket and not pay your fines....that would result in a warrant....just lend some money from your buddy like you said and be an honest enough person to pay him back

thats like i did when went to jail for possesion! i got out, called this bitch up, grabbed a fifth of patron, and a grabbed $50 of some kush!! that was one of the best nights in my life! lol and the worst!
