Changing plant count half way through Med Card?

I got my Red card 6.5 months ago and approx. 3.5 months ago tore my Labrum completley off. (Stablizes/holds your shoulder in place) so now am dealing with My shoulder constantly popping out of socket & severe pain. Unfortunately, i can not have surgery due to work/money at this point in my life.

So my question is:
Can you get re-evaluated half way through and get your plant count raised?

I can't afford these crazy high prices that most top-notch collectives want & the strains I have found most effective are low yielding for the most part. (Such as LA CON)

Thank you all so much in advance!

P.S. if there is a similar thread, I would really appreciate someone re-directing me.

I'd stay low ... go under the radar, although I'd call myself a medical user, I don't tell anyone ..as I have yet to trust this or any system,
as far as spending money on myself healthwize goes ...it took me years to understand there is

no better reason, ...there no better reason...there no better reason...there no better reason ...there no better reason ..etc etc

Sending in a new app sooner than 30 days before old card expires nets one app tossed in trash, fee kept.
Please execuse my ignorance, but I just want to make sure I understand: Essentially set up apt w/ Doctor and old app will be thrown away & there will be no fee to the state?

Thanks dude!

I agree with you 100%. Our Government is very corrupt these days.. All about money. I unfortunately live in an area where there has been a lot of break ins recently and don't want to be hesitant to call law enforcement if needed. Another reason is my place Is for sale and my landlord is always checking in & he's from a state where cannabis is not yet legal so I don't know what his perception will be on it. I especially agree with that last statement! Unfortunately, gotta split money between rent, food & meds.. I wished insurance would help out like they do with potentially harmful drugs such as Vicodin, etc.

The house you're renting is for sale, you're growing weed and you're asking how to grow more weed? WTF?

Lol it's all legal bro & way out in the middle of nowhere. Last summer we had a total of 2 showings & real estate comanies here do not operate in the winter. Does it being for sale make it to where I don't have my medical rights? Nothing about growing in the contract... Plus the only ppl who are going to look at these places are like retired ppl in there 70's so I don't really have a concern as far as that goes.

And yes that is what I'm asking considering i have a severe debilitating medical condition and don't have the money to be throwing around at collectives. My shoulder pops out of place on a weekly, sometimes daily basis depending on what I have to do at work. It give me severe pain 24/7. My labrum is literally completley torn off, just floating around in my shoulder. It's either tons of CBD, or pain killers which is completley un-natural & I am very opposed to.

Thanks for your help & support.....

You think people in their 70's are going to want to purchase a house that is being used to grow? No wonder it had only two showings all year, the agent is probably to embarrassed to bring potential buyers there. Damn dude, show some respect, this is exactly the reason people are hesitant to allow grows.

And BTW, an extended plant count does nothing as far as LE goes. All that gives you is an affirmative defense in court, doesnt mean you won't get charged. Unless you're in a wheelchair or dying from cancer you will get charged.

If you try to renew with higher plant count sooner than 30 days before old card expires will result in new application being ignored and the state keeps the $35 fee for their trouble.

Dude, you are so ignorant it isn't even funny. Ask some questions before you start making these comments. No, I was not growing last summer when there was showings and will not be this either. If I do, I will do like my neighbors and they will just be house plants. The reason there was so few showings was because it is way out in the middle of no where and no one knows about this area. The closest wal-mart is 2 hours away... All condos had equal amounts of showings last summer, & I was the only one out of the bunch who was NOT growing. THE ONLY CONDO THAT SOLD LAST SUMMER, WAS ONE BEING USED TO GROW. The population here is 10 people. Please inform yourself & try to help people out on these forums rather than assault and criticize.
thats what these forums are for, to HELP, not to attempt to make others feel bad/down about themselves.

And BTW, I would love to have you talk to my attorney about that, he would beg to differ.
Thanks once again for trying to put me down without being informed. Man, why do people like you have to act this way? Chill out and smoke one.... No point in trying to make other people feel like shit, especially when you have NO IDEA WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES ARE and fail to inform yourself then come out and make comments such as these...

As to the extended count shit, speak of that which you know BadDog40.

I have experience with a high count and county sheriff. There were no violations or charges. It depends on compliance and the departments willingness to be sued should you be deemed to have been in compliance by a court.

Thank you. I truly appreciate you being so helpful and not criticizing/judging my decisions. I'm glad there are people like you still out there.. I don't know what this world is coming to.

Really? I know 3 different people over the past 10 years who were raided and arrested for having more than 6 plants with an extended plant count rec, every one of them took a plea. One of them was represented by Corry who told them to take the plea unless he had $20k to go to trial. You also cannot sue if you are charged under an affirmative defense case, don't know where you are getting your info from. Affirmative defense simply means YOU have to show why you violated the law and you must prove your medical necessity and it is up to the courts to decide. A20 only protects up to 6 plants, anything more than that is an affirmative defense and you must show cause.

Kaleb Young got paid pretty well.

Your speaking about things that your experience is limited to plea deals? Seriously? I mean really?

I'm quite familiar with Kaleb's case. He sued for the destruction of his plants, NOT for being arrested and charged.

A20 clearly states:
(e) Any property interest that is possessed, owned, or used in connection with the medical use of marijuana or acts incidental to such use, shall not be harmed, neglected, injured, or destroyed while in the possession of state or local law enforcement officials where such property has been seized in connection with the claimed medical use of marijuana.

Please stop acting like you know it all, you clearly don't.

EDIT: I should also mention in that particular case Corry wanted a plea but they refused to plea it down from a felony so they decided to take it to trial.

Bullshit. Your only experience is obviously spending every waking hour over the past 3 months posting idiotic shit on this forum.

Yea, the cops are afraid to arrest people growing 50 plants for fear of being sued. You're fucking hilarious.
