changing light schedule

I need to change the lights to run at night time to cut down daytime noise do I change to 24hrs for 2 days then change to 18hrs to run at night ?

what stage are they in if flower you run into problems if just in veg then just change them

they are in veg stage

Probably best to leave lights on till you want to turn off.
Better than a extended dark.
But in Veg I doubt there is much difference.
