changing light cycle plz help

i need to change my light cycle as i have being using 12/12 but light threw day dark at night

i now have to change it to dark threw day and light threw the night sounds a little silly but i realy needed to do this,

can you advise me on the best way to do this

me my self i thought it would be ok if i gave it a 24 hour dark so that alters my light times then 12 12 so i would only be adding an extra 12 hours dark and no extra light

will this be ok the plants are 10 days into flowering

When the dark cycle comes around, go into, skip the next light cycle, and turn lights on next cycle.

done that today its only way i can think doing it wi least amout stress on plants

That sounds like a good plan. Dark 24 and back to 12/12.

id say more light is less stressfull rather than a long dark period, imo.

its the amount of dark that tells the plant what time of year it is

i would go dark 24 then back to 12/12... extra light (light during off hours) could turn the plant hermie...just think of it as a very very cloudy day

its only 12 hours extra anything?? light or dark, why 24 hrs of anything????

need to be put some where threw day cant leave them out so they go into the cubbord now 24 hours light could make em into he/shes lol
