hi again,
i filed for the challenge to be able to possess ans well as ship over 150 g. if you have over 5 g a day, you could benefit from this action and you'll save money on shipping. under the MMAR you could have 30 day supply but with Allard, CONroy dropped the ball and allowed the 150 limit to remain. Kirk T got 4 clients the ability to carry a 10 day supply or have it shipped. i filed for the 10 day supply that will be heard Oct 30. please join in for $2 and you'll get that as well. if not, you'll have to wait a long time for this to be sorted.
hopefully we will get enough pissed off voices so they take notice...like we did with the processing times! i am very happy we got that changed

With legal availability of the product, what would be the need for traveling with over a qp of goods?
I understand the stupidity of the rule as I can buy all the booze or smokes i need without worry, but why the concern, or why waste lawmakers time?

I for one can't afford to buy the chemically laden, irradiated schwag sold legally and I grow particular hi-CBD strains that meet my needs and can't get them from the legal providers.

It's a stupid rule and stupid rules should be fought.

Why are the lawmakers wasting our time or giving us criminal records with their stupid rules should be the question.

I seen a tweet from Conroy that said...in his opinion, MMAR/ACMPR can add the 30g Rec limit to the 150g Allard limit.
Just have to have the rec in original packaging lol.

Hypothetical conversation

Officer: do you have any cannabis in the vehicle?

Me: yes sir, 360 grams

Officer: please explain to me why you have more than 30g, 360g is against the law! That's 12 times the legal limit!!!

Me: I'm a registered grower, and so is my wife
That 150g bag is my home grown medicine, that 150g bag is hers.

Officer: you said 360g. That is only 300g.

Me: oh yeah, we decided to by some legal recreational Lp shwagg at the government store, but it's so shitty we will probably use it for traction if we get stuck in a snow bank this winter.

Officer: I see. have a nice day folks....

I said hypothetical, we ain't ever buying LP shwags again after trying Aphria:spew: and SHI--Tweed.

What's all involved in this dishes? Is it just basically filling out some paper work?

Edit: Also is this just for MMAR? Not ACMPR? Or is it both?
you file it and pay the $2. then i will be taking the lead and doing the rest.
the MMAR is dead so it will be ACMPR..which will be dead soon too
if anyone would like to file and wants a hand, please let me know. i would love to help

Well that definitely sucks. Where did you hear that and how long do you think we have?
It is dead as of Oct. 17th 2018 there is no ACMPR. It now falls under the cannabis regulations act. I got a letter from health canada dated Oct 12th telling me that.

Cheers :)

So if we file to increase our carry limit, that would apply to our current system(whatever it may be called now) as well?

I might hit you up for some help to make sure mine goes thru OK. Just got the doc to renew me last week and got my dose upped from 8 - 12g/day.

I heard that if you check off the box about getting interim supplies NO then you have to tell them how you plan to get seeds as you are supposed to buy authorized seeds or plants or some shit.

Also wondering if there's a different form now or just use the same one as for the ACMPR? I'll check the website I guess.

I own my home. Locked grow room in the basement of a locked up house. Planning to build a large cabinet to block the door to the basement so a burglar won't even know there is a basement.

My 3rd year getting my medical and finally going to file to grow. Paranoid as hell still tho. Pretty hard even opening the closet door much less stepping out after 50 years of hiding my pot. Almost 20 years growing here so wondering if it's worth outing myself to the gov't over this. My spidey sense is tingling. :)

:peace:
