CFM Really Required

I think i misunderstood, did you run a vent from the central air in your house, or do you literally have a air conditioner just for the closet?

Either way, it's a good start but it's not nearly enough air coming into the space, your exhaust fan is gonna be trying to pull more air out then is coming in. You do want negative pressure-true, but not too much, plants don't like to live in a vaccum.

AND negative pressure is actually more important when running a carbon filter.

If slightly more air isn't being exhausted as air coming in, everything won't be sucked through the carbon filter. So in a tent, for example, if more air was coming into the tent then was being sucked out through the carbon filter, rahter then all the smell going through the carbon filter, it would leak out of any tiny little holes it could-around zippers, in stiching, and in your case around/underneath a closet door or baseboards and into your house. Just something to be aware of. Negative pressue ensures all air entering the grow space is actually being drawn out through the exhaust.

96cfmx5 is roughly 500cfm so anything over that would work.

For large areas they sell commercial 12" fans that are rated at much higher CFMs then the fans we see at hydro stores. These things sound like a jet engine! Not practical for someone trying to grow undetected

@Squid.

I ran 4in flexi into the side of the central air register, from the bedroom the closet is in.
I am exhausting the air under the home. The central ac blower runs 24x7.

I live in a very warm climate, bringing in outside air doesnt sound as good as sucking the air from the rest of the rooms in the home.
If I could afford a portable ac unit, I would be set.

Currently, my temps run around 70 - 82 degrees.(off/on)
