CFLS to 300 Watt halogen flood light (with pics)

ok most ppl say these halogen lights are worthless but i found one in my house it says 7k luminas its a 300 watt is it ok for my plants? temp tops of the plants are 80s

View attachment 2414584in this pic you can see the 2 blue cfl lights i was using i had 4 for these four plants and now i got them under the 300 watt flood light the box says 7k luminas so i thought it was good

ps i FIM the plants about a week ago and trimmed some of the big fan leaves to let light in the lower leaves

Please do people reading a favor and use punctuation. It's very difficult to try to understand someones rambling sentences when you don't bother to take the time to make it readable. I gave up very quickly, and so will everyone else.
