CFL Question (sorry search doesn't work)

Ok here's the scoop..

I have a space that I"m going to separate into 3 5X5 rooms with a 9 foot ceiling. Veg, Flower, Dry ...

I have 1000 Watt HPS for the flower, for the Veg to save some money on energy I'm looking into CFL's.

I found a 200 Watt (not 'like 200 watt but a full 200 watts) CFL and am thinking about putting it in a sun system bright wing reflector. Actually I was thinking about 2 of these side by side in the 5X5 room.

I'm also going to add UV-B to the mix because I want to experiment with that. Anyone have any thoughts on this or used these power hog CFL's as opposed to the 18w / like 100w lights?
