CFL outdoors or soft white or both?

Plan on vegging some clones and feminized seeds indoor until june to get them to a nice size(2-3 feet).

I've got Twelve 23 watt CFL daylights.

Should I add some soft whites in there also? I've read that you should mix it up. Why?

The 23 watt daylights have 6700 k.
The 23 watt soft whites have 2700 K.

Anyone got any info?
Do people mix the outdoor cfl's and soft white because of different spectrum?
Should I just use all outdoor cfl's?

stick with the daylight 6700 k bulbs for veg, your plants will grow faster. When people tell you to mix it up, thats only if your flowering with the CFL's because they need some red spectrum.
