CFL Newbie, Flowering Help??

Ok quick qestion,I had a hermie seperated it from my ladies and cut the balls off of it, did not have the heart to kill it. Ok now that i have it seperated i had to come up with a different setup for it. My other ladies are under HPS this one i decided to go CFL this is what i got. Its an 85 WATT (Same as 400 W) CFL it says 5,500 LUMENS and 5000K Color. Is this going to be sufficient for Flowering?? CFLs are confusing. LOL THanks alot guys

Dude when a female goes hermy, shortly thereafter all THC production stops, so you might as well not even waste your money, and harvest that bad bitch.

Actually, it did. What growing do you plan on doing if the THC production stops?

Since you're apparently thick headed, HARVEST IT, DONT GROW IT, IT WONT KEEP MAKING BUDS, YOU WASTED YOUR MONEY ON THE CFL.

I cut the balls off it did not produce any more so there for it has not pollinated. And i grew up DIGGING seeds out of my bags of weed and it used to get me FUCKED UP so please if your not going to help dont bother. I have 3 other FEMS so dont worry about what i am doing with my money if i want to flower it, then i am going to flower it. Simple as that.

Yeah and that bud you smoked was called schwag. Why is it called schwag? Because it's grown commercially, outdoors, they don't pull the males, makin EVERY plant a hermi. From there THC production stops, and TA DA! Now you know where schwag comes from.

I've already told you the answer, but you seem to just not be able to read, or you're just in denial that your plant won't keep budding. And believe me pal, I'm not "worrying" about your money, I was tryin' to do you a favor before you go buy more lights like a fucking idiot.

This is why people get annoyed, people ask for help, then WON'T take it.

What ever bro, your telling me that some of the people on here accidently leave a MALE and there ladies get Pollinated that they are now HERMIES?? And i know that if the ladies get pollinated it takes away from some of the THC production but not all of them. And i am not saying that the weed i used to get was not the greatest but just because it has seeds in it does not mean its swhagg, thats like saying my WHITE WIDOW had a male next to it and now it has seeds its fuckin swhagg??

The product from commercial growing = schwagg, unless it's carefully tended to. And of course it doesn't have to be schwagg if it has seeds, I never said that, but if the shit you were "always" smoking constantly has seeds in it... sounds like schwagg...or a grower who doesn't know how to separate the males.

You should probably chill the fuck out! :joint: The hermie will produce bud, not as well but you'll get high. And on top of that he'll get some femenised seeds so i'd say rock it out!
And hermies are self pollinated females so having Males around will not produce hermies it will produce knocked up bitches!

Schwag is seeded females, not commercial. I've recieved commercial Kine Bud the difference is in the cureing/drying process.

Growers, like you said, that sell in quantity usually don't care about the males b/c its about quantity not quality. Hence you get regs.

for flowering you want 2700K CFL's.

At wal-mart they are the ones with the ligth green packaging.

For veg, just in case you ever want to try it you want the 6500K CLF's at Wal-mart they are in the light blue packaging.

Let me guess... Did you just assume that hermies stop producing THC? I'm sorry but even males continue to produce THC there whole life! Marijuana as a plant dose. Now it might reduce the amount getting produced, but there is NO WAY to make any marijuana plant stop producing THC. If the kid wants to keep his plant let him. To answer his question 5000K is a little high if you want to bud it. I would get some 2700K, and add some of them too to get the right spectrum.

Schwagg is shitty quality bud, commercially grown, and it's shitty because males tend to show sex first, pollinate the females, and since it happens so early on, the females produce trace amounts of thc, and guess how much that bud goes for? 40 bucks an ounce. It has nothing to do with the curing process, THC isn't formed in curing/drying lol. Of course there can be kind bud with seeds in it, I said that earlier.

Okay, so since hermi's produce thc at about 1% of the normal rate, you feel they're worth growing all the way out? I guess if you're paying the elictricity bill...feel free to, still a waste. Hermi's aren't worth the time or electricity to let it finish its full life. (Unless you're wanting the seeds)


And squirrel, yeah, males have trace amounts of thc, are you gonna recommend this guy make hash out of it too?

Schwag doesn't have to be commercially grown.....And for someone that seems half inteligent your a fuckin dumb ass. So your telling me that a male can pollinate a female before it shows sex?
And please tell me where you got your info on the amount of thc produced. B/C somehow i doubt a plant that is meant to be 20% thc would drop to 2% from getting knocked up!
And quite a few people don't waste the males and stay high on them until their ladies are ready to harvest.
I really don't think you should force your ideas on somebody and talk shit b/c they don't think what your saying is right. And my friend you are infact very confused it seems.

No THC isn't formed in the curing process but if all the trichomes get knocked off and the bud drys out to much those are signs of commercial, do to the quantity being transported. I was simply stating that COMMERCIAL DOES NOT EQUAL SCHWAG. LOL
