cfl lights

im a first time grower and i dont know what kind cfl lights to use im only growing one plant for now any suggestions

Having a lot of them will help you more than anything else. Aim for 100 true watts for a decent plant, as close to it as possible without burning. Higher Kelvin for veg (6500K) lower for flower (2700K).

i went into the hydroponic store and they told me what specific bulbs to try . then I went thrift stores for lamps and found exactly what I needed. hope that helps some how!

^What wattage are they? I don't trust many people, so i'm just making sure they hooked you up with a decent setup. Those true 65 watt bulbs work really well, or multiple bulbs of lower wattage.

i am gorwing with a mixture of different cfl bulbs in a number of different fixtures and i have noticed that my flowering time seems to be taking a little longer, has anyone else noticed this?
