CFL lighting. What would be best?

i have another post of my plant and box it I'm very interested in CFL Lights and the best combination of them for one plant?

Could I use four 40 watt bulbs
2-6500k
2-2700k

Or should I have 3 more 23watts 2700k mixed in?

Boxe is 2x2 with three foot ceilings and Mylar interior

Those are 100 watt equivalent bulbs, 92 actual cfl watts total.
I go to the used home supply house in town and get old bathroom vanity lights. An 8 socket panel can be had for around 6 bucks and then the wiring and mounting is already done. The smaller bulbs would be great for sidelighting once your girls are tall enough for it.

Much better. Luckily it's dimmable because it would turn that little box into an oven! Really, an LED panel would be great in there. I have seen great results with a cheap UFO light and CFL sidelighting. I recently started converting my builds to an LED/CFL combination looking for bigger/denser buds. I can get great taste and quality with just CFL but the yield just isn't there compared to mixing light types.

here is what i use, i onl

with 3x23w small household cfl's around in darker spots

If you can swallow the 110-120 price tag for a knockoff LED on amazon, I'd jump on it. I was using 10 23-42 watt CFL bulbs for 2 plants with fine results but that LED seems to be fattening up the buds better than my CFL array ever could.

I was pretty impressed with CFL too. It can definitely produce top quality buds but the efficiency isn't there and the yield suffers. In my opinion, it is best to mix light types for a microgrow. Just my opinion.
