What are the recommended "k" ratings for each stage of growth using CFLs?

6500k for vegatative

2700k for flowering

I prefer not to use anything different for flowering. 2700K bulbs provide very little PAR. Sticking with the 5000K to 7000K bulbs from start to finish worked well for me.
