CFL lighting over my weed

Ok lisen ima try and fit everything i need to know in here so here it goes:
-I am growing white window 2X4 eight plants total in a cabnet set up that has 3 levels that all have 2X4 plants in them each. I need to keep the Watts under around 350 watts i have to use cfls or floresent tubes becuase i have constent copters and im basicly poor. I'm wondering if this is even possible or not. I cant go above 350. and one more thing what kind of refltors can i use to cut down on eatheir light or improve the light?

try envirolites or good t'5's big spirals are good too. They got low wattage and high lumens. t5 sys come wit a relfector ill post a pic of my small t5 sys it has a great reflector.
By da way if you got 8 plants are they growing now? Cause if not you gon wanna cut it down to like 4 or do a sog wit da 8 bra. You need at least 2000 lumens per sq. foot

I feel retarded saying this but i dont exacly know what lumens are i just know you need at least 2-3000 to grow a single plant

its just a measure of how bright the light is. the more lumes you have the more penatrating power your light has.

the mo u got the more yield and bottom budz.
