CFL lighting dont know for sure

Im growing skunk and its about 6-7 inchs and will 2 23w 6500k cfl work?

for 1 plant

it depends what you mean by 'work', those cfl's will certainly make the plant grow, the more light the better, personally i like to have around at least 7000-8000 lux for the plants in veg and probably around 10000-12000 for plants in flowering.
