CFL light splitters?

Ok I see these light splitters all over the RIU forum that split 1 light socket into two and I've looked all over for em... Can i buy these at home depot and is there a specific name for them or something?

I had to get a clerk to find them at Lowe's because they were not where they should have been, but they have them. Note that with many clamp reflectors, you may also need to use an extender. That is the thing that srews into a light socket and then has another light socket on the other end with a couple outlets on the side. That is sometimes needed because without it two 42w cfls (the best size) in a Y splitter won't clear the sides of the reflector.
