CFL growing weird. help?

I have this inside my closet.
The plants are a little dry on the bottom and they curve down sometimes.
The water i use sits out for at least one day.
There is a fan constantly at the plants but i do not have a thermometer.
the 3 big ones are reggies and the other 2 small ones are white widows.
Any idea what i did wrong? Or that i made mistakes?

How much should i water these pots? I never am sure of the quantity.
Im scared of overwatering them.

And i used miracle gro seed starting potting mix.
Do i need nutrients?
Testing the ph?
a thermometer?

id appreciate any help
thanks

No nutes. The over watering is causing the MG soil to release the nutrients into the mix and burning your plants. Slow down on the water!

start adding nutes in another month or so, and start at 1/4 strength, then work you way up from there until you reach the point of minor burns then back the nutes off.

make sure you leave your water to stand for a few hour to get rid of the chlorine and dont water them as much, every 2-3 days

my water sits out for at least one/two days.
the problem is i dont know how much to put it.
should i fill the cups until water comes from the bottom whole?
and when do i move the big ones to a galon pot?

[EDIT]

and im worried. a day has gone by and i still havent watered them.

Seed starting mix has no nutrients so you need to feed them. Are all those lights 6500K? MJ likes the red spectrum better. 2700K is the best when using fluorescents because fluorescent is wide-spectrum so there's plenty of blue for strong growth.

water them till it comes through the holes at the bottom
Yes do this then wait untill the top 2 inches of soil are DRY dry, then water again the same way.

They like the 6500k for veg and the 2700k for flower... Tho you can veg with 2700k, growth is just not quite as fast... But vegging with those lights he has now is perfectly fine, he's gonna want some 2700k for flower tho most definitely!.. All just my opinion, it's how I grow and it works for me.

Hey man things are looking good! I'm using the exact same nutes I'm pretty sure. Did you get the MG All Purpose Plant Food? That's what I use. When your plants are this small still I would only use about a 1/4 strength the recomended dose. And only feed about every 2 weeks. Or every other watering. Ya know, water, then nute, then just water, then nute ect... Things are looking much better now tho! So props on that!

And this is just an FYI, but those brown crispy leaves on the bottom of some of the plants, they can just be snipped off if you want... I mean it'sw really not a big deal either way. I just don't like to look at my girls with any nastyness on them at all! lol, lookin good bro!

looking MUCH better! Be careful with those nutes though. Start with 1/4 strength like stated and work your way up.

Also I wouldnt use those nutes for flowering if you were going to.

thanks yall. better pictures now.
i dont have a camera so i have to take pictures with my macbook pro webcam. lol

Ahhhh I was wondering why all the labels are backwards!
