Vitalume 125watt 6400k internally ballasted cfls work great they got about 8000 lumens each and they also have them in 2700k at 125 watts. I believe the comparable incadesant value is around 600watts im not sure. I'm using them for the second time and the first plant of og gave me 3.5 oz. all cfl growers check these bulbs out.
