I did the same thing to my one plant .had the same issue as yours. I chopped it early cuz of the seeds 400+ week 6. Ud be surprise how many fan leaves u really need to flower with. Not many really.

nope just think your gonna need more of them as the plant matures. 64 watts is a good starter for a plant of that age. Your are gonna need to add more of them though. Your also gonna need to up pot that plant soon, prolly untill next left set comes in. Then replant. Nice job overall.

Guna get some new goodies for the grow this weekend. At 1 week since flip on the diy space. I did top all the plants so ima give lea way on the days of flower but here r all the pics from today

Ok so that one OG that was speeding past its siblings got transplanted 3 days ago into a 3 gallon and is already poking roots out the bottom lol wtf. These were started and kept at 16/8
If its a female, it will be the keeper while i give the others away. She will be getting fimmed a few days from now.

Did some wattage testing on the lights and the drivers im using. Soo the diy veg light on the 12v 180w led driver at full power 164watts and the lowest is 26 watts
The diy flower light the 2 bars. 16x 10w chips on the 12v 180w led driver at max is 155 watts and lowest 24 watts
Now the 2 bars 16x 10w chips (76watts)
2 bars with 20 x 10w chips (94 watts)
On 2 different. Xbox 360 12v power supply
The 2 bars 16x 10w chips on the 12v 180 led driver maxes out at 156 watts.
Conclusion. The xbox power supplies work to power up but drives half the power.
Thinking i will get a new led driver for the flower light

Flower switch 93 watts
Together 182 watts.

The newer black power supply yeah? I use a couple for some fans and audio equipment. I noticed, i could pull up to 20A with the older gray PS but the newer black colored PS just shuts off somewhere around 10-12A.
You could try the gray PS if you need more power, otherwise i actually have had good luck with meanwell se35012 which i run high powered audio equipment with.

I like that the 12v 180w power supply with the adjuster that im solely using for the veg light i got on sale for 7 bucks. I had it hooked to the one half of the flower light because 180w ps 160watts of led. See how that would turn out and that runs 155 watts out of the supposed 160 watts of led. About 96% effiecent while the 175watt xbox 360 ps only ran them at 76 watts, which sux balls.
Ill run the xbox ps for now and get a new led driver with adjuster on it 360watts for 20$ when i get paid again. It seems to work out perfectly for the flower light as far as volts amp and watts used. I could push the flower light to probably 350 watts with the new led driver instead of the 170watts with the xbox360 ps.

yeah they are a bit weak, especially if make the connection at the end of the plug, they have quite some voltage drop once you get near 10A.
One of my vehicles got 12 200 amp fuses lmao (6 4500.1's & 2 370A alts), i like to play with power, should be obvious with my screen name lol.
Not using any led panels, just the phillips 14.5w bulbs mixed with a few cfls, Im stuck with my ways with HPS so im willing to wait it out.
ill consider straight LED panels a few years from now, the current tech should be much cheaper by then.
just taking a small break for this year, i stripped my 10x10 room to re-design and will be running a few outdoor cuts and just that 1 OG kush indoors for the time being.

Ive been buying grow stuff and not car stuff in a while. Last purchase was 2 600w each 5 way 6x9s i need to amp those puppies up lol. I recently took some extra blurple led strips and attached to the rear speaker wires by the head unit and attached a kill switch so the leds pulsate to the beat of the music lol
