CFL ghetto grow

I have 2 blueberry seedlings vegging under a 27 watt daylight cfl for 24 hours daily in premier pro mix potting and seedling soil in a shoebox thats been painted white on the inside to maximize reflectivity. I've been watering them using a spray bottle with water that i left sit out for 2 days while i was germinating the seeds in a paper towel. My seedlings sprouted 2 days ago and look quite frail compared to some other grows that i've checked out. one is very droopy and im afraid it might die tonight, while the other one looks healthier but seems to be stunted with a little bit of purple on the leaf. I dont know the temperatures yet but it gets pretty cold at night. I'll be uploading pictures of my box after i smoke a joint and take a few lol:blsmoke:

The first 3 are of the healthier plant and the other 2 are of the near dead purple droopy thin plant. sorry about the quality, i had to use my cellphone camera because I lent my other one to a friend for the day. I'll have better quality pics tonight or tomorrow

so the plants grown a little bit taller and the leaves are starting to slant upwards. i pulled the other plant and im pretty sure the cause of death was underwatering. the root system was very shriveled and skinny. any ideas what i need to do??
