What you need are those ceramic light fixtures. I tried to find some pics of them on the net but couldn't. Don't get the ones with the big round base, you will be fine with the ones that have a base that is about a 1/2" wider than the socket where the bulb screws in.
You also buy 1 extension cord for each light fixture, because you're going to cut the female end off of the cord, and connect the extension cord to the light fixture (really simple). You mount the light fixtures where ever you want (board, wall, etc...) with nuts and bolts, screw in your CFL's, plug in the power, and you're ready to go!!! Once you get your fixtures mounted, then you may get the "Y" connectors if you want more light. Be sure to adjust your mounting space to accommodate the "Y" connectors in case you need them later.

I have a grow box and I have my lights mounted on the top and side of the walls. I have a power strip mounted to the wall, and all lights plug into the power strip. I'm only growing 2 small plants right now, so I have (4) 42watt CFL's and (2) 26watts + fans.

Good luck ;)
