cfl first timer

ok so i have my closet im fitting four 5 gallon buckets acroos the floor in the closet. i was thining about using the big 100 wat cfl light.



1) How many cfl watage do i need for each plant and how many bulbs is that.

Any newb advice is welcome with the cfl setup.

34 watt per plant at least. They come in single bulbs, you can buy fixtures to fit from 1 up to 8 bulbs, so it's up to you. Personally, for flowering try to get a HPS.

Ive got 8 cfl's for my 2 plants they are 26w (100w eq.)...more lights the better. Thats the rule as far as im concern. Make sure they dont burn the plants. Put your hand near the leaf right under the light and if ur hand is fine..then move it closer until its way to hot. Ive heard of plants touching them. They dont get THAT hot..
