CFL + autoflower seed

Hello,
first time grower there, still wondering what to buy. I may guess that threads like this are way too much and annoying, but I have read alot of tuts and still can't figure this one out, because I have very limited ebay, since I live in Eart Europe and only few sellers ship worldwide.

Im going to grow this strain (only one plant): Diesel Berry Automatic

What I'm looking forward to purchase:

CFL Flower Flowering Light 105W 105 Watt E27/E26 2700K Red Spectrum Bulb Lamp x2 (for flowering)

NEW CFL Grow Light Hydro 105W 105 Watt E27/E26 6400K Blue Spectrum Bulb Lamp x1 (for vegetation)

Question:
Is that a good light choice for auto-flower seed? Isn't 525w x2 too much for one plant?

Also, two misc questions: Should I light my plants 18h/day at all times (veg/flow)? What happens, if plant get's too much light?

those can be enough to make a decent yield. When buying cfls dont look at the equivalent wattage such as 525w, your only getting 105w per bulb which is the actual wattage. So if you used all three during flower you will have 315w for that one plant, plants like the dual spectrum so it wont hurt to have that 6400k on them in flower as well. but for the about 100$ you are spending for those cfls you might just wanna purchase like a 250w hps setup close to same price.

For autos you should have lights on for 18 hrs a day or more because that is the point of having an auto plant. Any less amount of light you are going to have a much smaller yield with an auto.
