With the lumens he's saying it is it must actually use 300W, otherwise he is coming close to defying physics.

also, if your going to go out to home depot, wait. they sell a really good CFL flood light thats way more efficient then all the plug and play lights, it even comes with its own ballast. The light is 100W putting out 10,500 lumens. That's 105 lumens per watt! Which is incredible for a CFL. That's what im using to veg right now. It will save you money on your bills. My home depot sold it for 60$

Yes it actually uses 300 Watts. i bought it from ebay for £45 it also came with a reflector. They are very good for the price and dirt cheap to run. for flowering im going to purchase a Red 300W and a 200W

Also I have just found out my 125w 2700k CFL is 9000lumens. Is this really enough for both my ladies? I have the 2x 12w aswell. If I have too I will lose one and just grow the one. Suggestions?

No, that is not enough to flower. Also its not a very efficient lamp. Consider putting in my 100W 10,500 lumen bulb for vegging.

Mmm i should think so yeah. When i flower im going to use 1 300W CFL and 1 200W.
I think I have decided to get a 300w duel spectrum? What do you think? then when comes to flowering I can add the 125w i have now as side lighting. You know of or personally have any duel spectrum CFL experience?
