Central ac vent in sealed flower room

I am running a sealed room, the room has been gutted and drywalled and sealed with silicon caulk and painted with several layers of rubber paint. There is a central ac/heat vent that comes into the flower room..would I be better off sealing this up and redirecting that vent to another room for now or should I filter just put a carbon and hepa filters on it and leave it alone since I may need the help battling temp and humidity at some point?

I rerouted mine, I want total control and the room has it's own ductless a.c

Thanks......I wonder since the rest of the house is kept really cold in the summer (65 at night when my lights are running) and my lights will be air cooled if I will even need ac to keep the temps down...

I guess with the dehumidifier running along with the co2 generator i would. Minisplit isn't really an option for me because I just had central air put in and having a minisplit condenser out outside would make my neighbors start to question things.....window ac would do the same. I guess I'll be stuck with an all in one heater ac dehumidifier to modify so it doesn't suck out my co2...
