They're pollen sacks not buds you won't want to smoke any that's for sure lol, it looks like. A strong male you can collect pollen and use it to get seeds in the future though

Just take some tin foil place a sheet uner the nodes and around the pollen sacks and shake it up catch the pollen on the foil and put it pill containers or whatever untill you need to use it, I'm no expert I'd get a second opionin but I hope this helps somewhat! haha

if you are sayin that your plant is only the second two pictures, then it is a female. those hairs you see are the pistils. males have little ball- like sacks that poke out (the pollen sacks). looks deficient in nitrogen though, although this is not altogether abnormal since she's flowering. you'll want to use nutes high in phosphorus for the flowering period.

That has pistils and is a hermie. The first two pics are male plants or I'm missing the hidden pistil among all those balls...

After seeing that third picture you have a hermie, there are definitely balls on that plant as well as pistils. sorry :( I've heard that some people take the seeds from a hermie and can sometimes get fully female plants from them, but you also have a great chance of getting mostly hermies from the seedlings.
