CBD Strains

Hey Folks...

I've been struggling with trying to get some CBD strains for my neuropathic pain. My Dr. is recommending a balance of THC:CBD.

I changed my LP from CannaFarms to Tilray because Tilray had Warlock CBD and as soon as I got my new Rx, Warlock CBD was no longer available.

So now I'm left trying to find CBD strains from CCs or the BM.

I know Cannatonic is well known to be a great CBD strain for nerve pain and someone else recommended another strain that I can't quite remember.

So, apart from the strains that actually have CBD in the name, what strains should I be looking for? If you have nerve pain, what strains have worked for you? Are there any mail friendly CCs that have balanced THC/CBD strains regularly?

Cheers!

The freakish part is is you were buying street weed you would look at it, smell it n go oooh
already, pitch me two bags honey.

Anyway it looks amazing looking
especially while growing.
I get a lot of leaf twist at first but it grows out.

I been smoking ad first time.
I gotta say even with zero alcoholic I don't get paranoid from this mostly sedative.
I love it.

In fact I have a 90/10 indicia
that gives me way more paranoia..

What were we talking bout?

I liked the Cannatonic from Tilray, the Avi not so much. I called them a few weeks ago to see when they would be getting more of it, but no joy. In the meantime I'm using up the last of the Happy Feet from Peace Naturals. Don't know what I'll do next. I'd really like more Cannatonic.

Grow just a few. If it works but you don't get high no big deal. Still offing you relief. I'm guessing you're growing more then 3 plants that is.

I suffer from neuropathic pain myself. Is there a reason your doc is suggesting high CBD? In my experience it is the THC that eases pain, not CBD. THC alters how the brain interprets pain. Some CBD does help on the nerve end of things I imagine but I don't use excessive CBD strains myself.

I don't want to get high. I need pain relief, but I hold down a full time, management-level job. I have to be able to function. That's why the Cannatonic works for daytime use.

This is my situation as well. Management level, don't want to get high... I just need pain relief that's not an opiate so I can function. Have recreational stuff for after hours. My Dr. thinks that the CBD strains will be the most helpful for me. I figured I'd give that a shot and see how it does. I have high THC concentrates and know that while they are effective for distracting me, the pain relief is not what I'd hoped it would be. Then again, I've only tried 3 strains on my own since I've been injured. Banana Kush, Northern LIghts wax and Purple Kush wax.

The biggest issue is what works for my condition(vertigo),does not do well for pain management,I guess it's all about selection.i hear what your saying about being pain free, but not being so fuckin high that you think your goona die....lol

I just got some cannatonc from delta 9. 7thc%/11cbd. Seems to be great for inflammation and stiffness as well as pain. The buds them self don't look so amazing but they definitely have the effect in looking for. Very mellow buzz but functional too. I'll think I'll be packing the vape later on tonight after I blow out my drive way with all this snow.

Growing out 4x Harlequin BX4's from BC Bud Depot right now. Interesting you mentioned the twisted leaves, noticed a couple of mine doing that after about 2 weeks into 12/12. This particular version is supposed to be 1:1 THC/CBD, from 7% to 12% of each, looking forward to trying it it in about 5 weeks so no smoke/effect report yet. I bought 4 regs hoping to pull at least one male, got 4x fems @#$!. These CBD seeds are $$$$, these worked out to about $14 CAD/seed. I have a couple of patients that could use the high CBD and this strain looks like it'll produce acceptable amounts so far, keeping 2 phenos to clone for a while.

And what works for one may not work for the other....some days I wish I could get so fucking high...probably wouldn't feel anything then.

Hey maple...maybe call around to different CC's and ask what they've got to help you. I know bcccs was very helpful to me when I first quit buying from the street.
