caught in school

my friend like an idiot got caught in school by the cops with 10 grams bagged out. possession of that alone i know is just a fine but with intent to sell what is the maximum they could put on him in new york. just trying to help a friend because no one else will

chances r he'lll just get probation, sent to an alternate school, a fine and some other stipulations

yea he was but he got caught indirectly he closed a window on it so it was hanging outside in a bathroom. its a shame the cops got that 10g's of purple kush gone to waste

im 17 hes 16 but i didnt get caught though and hes only in trouble with cops, he cant get suspended because the schol didnt catch him with it
