Cassandra's Grow

High there fellow growers
I'd like to start a grow journal for my baby. (her name is Cassandra)
So here we go ...
I started her off in a window seal because that's all I had at the time.

She lived like that for a little less than a week
Then, when we got home I decided to spoil her and buy her, her very own grow tent.

image.jpg(I overwatered her) October 6 before and after transplant. image.jpg image.jpg

image.jpg October 9 ( I accidentally scratched her with my finger nail )image.jpg look at her progress!!

I promise I won't upload pics one day at a time, i just wanted to show y'all her road to recovery.

Looks like a good start. Sounds like Cassandra/Cassady? will enjoy the road together. In time you will look back at your first grows with a fond memory of the beginning dazzz of growing... One thing to think about - You might want to start a few more seeds. It's a real bummer to walk all that way with the plant only to have to cut it down as a male plant won't help your mind, body, or soul a bit. :wall:

image.jpg October 10 she looks like a whole new plant!
image.jpg October 12 image.jpg I've been experimenting with music to see the results ( I do this with the speakers when her lights are off with her 18/6 schedule so it doesn't block any light from getting to her. )

image.jpg October 13 (I will now be uploading one photo every Monday at this angle to really see her progress )

Thank you for reading, and stay tuned in for weekly updates
Any comment or tips help more than you know so don't be shy!

Final Phase- yeah I'm actually waiting on 5 seeds in the mail right now just u case that does happen.
Because she is a seed that I just found in a bag of some bomb ass bud, so it's not feminized. Plus I think she has gone through too much stress already (over watered, heat stress, and When I transplanted she basically fell apart in my hand ) and will become a male. But all I can do is hope for the best and treat her with love and care.

Haha thanks! :D
And I usually put heavy metal station on pandora
Right now they a listening to sublime radio..fewer bpm than heavy metal and I heard that plants like that
But the mythbusters episode make me think that heavy metal is the best, but I thought I'd explore my options and changed it up.

A few months ago Apple made a huge music move. For 9.99 a month I have checked off about 500 albums of music on my iPhone... I've been addingDSCN1967.JPG from the 70's to present. No limit to what groups or albums I add - just pay 9.99 a month... I haven't even gotten to adding classical music yet because I keep thinking of other artist or groups to add... Then I play it in the garden every minute I'm at work! Speaker system has been painted flat white to keep the lumens:peace:

That's awesome man
Yeah pandora kinda sucks because when I'm gone for long periods of time and come back, I come back to a quite grow tent because "pandora pays for each song they play and they don't want to play to an empty room"
The room is not empty, Cassandra is in there! And she is enjoying the music just like you and I would, if not more!
Stupid pandora.
I'll have to check out that apple music.

Try out Brian Eno for something a little more than "new age" music.... Windham Hill has a large group of new age artists - all good for a soothing garden time...
