Ive spoken out against these type threads before, this thread sets a fine example of EXACTLY WHY IM 100% AGAINST them to start with.

Somebody might want to do some editing with all these prices being thrown around.

FYI its not a donation if you set the price per gram, donations are optional, fixed rates are dispensing.

Wrong! Check your facts, a caregiver is allowed to accept "payment" for cost and time consumed. It is "dispensing", your "dispensing" to your patients. Read the laws word for word and then come back and post something useful.

Im very well versed in the law thank you, when you say you CHARGE $10 A GRAM you are exchanging money for product, not donation for service.

Its you who should read & understand the law then come back and post something usefull, if you think any caregiver is allowed to charge a fixed per gram rate & still be in compliance not only are you putting yourself at risk but anybody else who is foolish enough to listen to you is put at risk as well.

(e) A registered primary caregiver may receive compensation for costs associated with assisting a registered qualifying patient in the medical use of marihuana. Any such compensation shall not constitute the sale of controlled substances.

It doesn't read that caregivers have to provide patients medicine on a "donation" system only. If your costs of operating come out to $10 a gram then you can charge $10 a gram.

How can you interpret that to mean you can only take donations?

Im a new member to this site but have been reading on here for several months. I am also suspect of Panheads motovations. Seems to be an age discriminating, self ritghteous, right winged old fart. Ive read probably fifty of his posts, and each one is more bizarre then the one before. Just go protest something, we ALL know how awesome you and all your old fart buds are at protesting. News flash-youre on your way out, were on our way in. Get used to it, or move on.
