I live in Canon City, and am able to grow for patients as far as Pueblo and the Springs. Contact me here if you or someone you know would like to have someone grow for you. For each batch of plants I grow in your name, you will receive an ounce per plant free, and additional medicine will be provided at better than dispensary prices. leave a private message with contact info and I'll get right back to you. I deliver free to all my patients.

I think you better wait on taking on patients.
HB 1284 has a stipulation in it that states 'Colorado Department of Health will have the right to define what a Caregiver's duties are'.
Colorado Department of Health has always stated that the definition is more than just growing MMJ for the patient. Now they can define 'Caregiver'.
I have been on websites trying to get people to recognize what Colorado Department of Health wants to do! (and is now going to do).
California has already past their definition, and I expect Colorado's definition is going to be close to it.

This site explains what will most likely happen here in Colorado.
You will not have time to care for 1 patient, much less 5 patients when Colorado Dept. of Health defines 'Caregiver'.
The attorneys and patients just let this go un-noticed throughout the bill negotiations. No one would wake up and smell the bacon!

So, for every plant you grow of theirs, the patient gets an ounce? If you grow a plant that produces 5-6 ounces, you give an ounce away and keep the other 4-5 ounces? Sounds pretty shady.

You paying for the equipment, electricity, nutrients, clones and rent on the place they're being grown at? Are you taking the chance of the cops busting your door down and shooting your dog? You sound pretty shady.

How does my post sound shady? If you are legal, then you shouldnt have to worry about the cops when they do bust your door down.

Let me guess, you either:

A. Got dropped from your caregiver when 1284 was passed because you are a pain in the ass patient.

B. Have nothing to do with any of this and are just a troll.

Actually i was a caregiver up until they said they want me to register with the state. I get joy from helping people, not making money off them. i actually went out a found a nurse that would provide the extra services pro bono. But im just a pain in the ass troll.

edit: i dont want to register with the state because i dont think its right the cops can come whenever and i have to give up the patient info. Seems like an invasion of privacy to me.
